Gubi는 가구 및 조명을 디자인하는. 덴마크의 회사입니다. Gubi Chair 2는 Gubi와 디자인 스튜디오 Komplot Design이 협력해서 만든, 플라스틱을 재활용해 만든 의자입니다. Gubi Chair 2는 3D 베니어 몰딩 기술에 기반을 두어 제작되었기 때문에 앉기에 편안하며 가볍습니다. 또한 Gubi Chair 2는 플라스틱 병에서 추출한 폴리에스테르 섬유로 만들어졌습니다.

C’est l’histoire d’une jolie petite chaise en bois qui voulait devenir une icône du design. Née en 2003, la Gubi chair a déjà remporté de nombreux prix grâce à son style inédit, mais aussi de part sa conception innovante. Dans sa version originale avec une coque en bois, la Gubi chair est la première chaise a avoir utilisé la technologie de moulage tridimensionnelle, utilisée normalement pour le moulage du plastique. Le résultat est bluffant : Un design fluide et une finesse extrême pour une chaise en bois. Tout simplement magnifique.
