The muscular test subjects
I headcanon that Xenophanes and Kolossos are muscular. I CLEARLY need more practice on muscular figures lol.
The reason why Kolossos is more swole is because I want him to live up to his name. I also want to add that I imagine his spikes acting as snake scales, for whenever there is an outward curve, the spikes also go outward. (Inspired by Mallow's Art Tricks on YouTube, Instagram, and Tiktok. I recommend you check them out 😉)
As for Xenophanes, I just thought it would make sense to make him have muscles, given he is not only the oldest of the Brimstone family (Gen 3), but also the second strongest (the reason I say "second" is because Sunky is canonically THE strongest EXE and I thought it was funny, so I made sure Sunky was the strongest out of all the Brimstones and everyone else).
