(This became longer than I expected, but I couldn't help it cause freaking hardcore nalu freels came out of nowhere)

It was a sunny day, and its not just an ordinary day in the city of Magnolia, as today, a special occasion will be held in the Southern Magnolia Park. It is popular among couples, tourists and sightseekers. It was Couples Day, and Fairy Tail is invited to join along in the holiday. Everyone in the guild can come if and only if they come in pairs, one boy and one girl each. From the couples that participated, these include Gajeel and Levy, Happy and Carla, Romeo and Wendy, Gray and Juvia, Laxus and Mirajane, Elfman and Evergreen, and lastly, Natsu and Lucy. The said couples signed up, and they had no problems.. except for Lucy. She left too early not to wake Natsu up, and had to sign up alone. She was later admitted into the park. Erza came alone, and was admitted only because she acted as the bouncer. The other couples joined in for the dances, except for Lucy. She wanted to fetch Natsu, but was not allowed to do so. She did manage to leave a note for him before she even left the guild. Unfortunately, she can’t leave the park since she would miss out on the holiday, so she hopes that Natsu would read it. She sat down on one of the benches located on the right side of one of the park paths. As time passes, the other couples enjoyed the event, except for Lucy. “Natsu.. please.. I hope you can come before this is over..” She said silently, and stayed on the same bench. She later heads to a drink table and took a glass of Summer Luau punch, served for this event. Back in the guild, Natsu is sleeping on his bed. He later rolls over in his sleep, later to fall down flat on the floor. He later wakes up from the impact. “Ugh.. what time is it..” He said, looking at the wall clock in his room. “12:30? Damn, I overslept!” He said afterwards. He goes outside from his room and into the guild hall for a drink, but it didn’t take long until he noticed that there were only the minor guild members in the hall. Lisanna is in charge of the hall, and became the temporary server since Mirajane left along with Laxus for the holiday in the park. “Hey, Natsu. What’s up?” Lisanna says to him. “Nothing much, Lis. Say, have you seen Lucy, Happy and the others?” He asked. “Oh, they went to the Southern Magnolia Park, its a special holiday there.” Lisanna answers. “A holiday? What holiday?” He said. “Couples Day. Didn’t Lucy tell you?” Lisanna responds. “N-no, she didn’t.. but before I head there.. just.. give me a drink.” He asked. “Sure. Wait here.” Lisanna heads off and makes brewed coffee for him. She is still fresh on the bar. “Here, sorry if its just coffee. But.. everyone’s drinking it here. Probably because Tweak Bros makes good stuff with these.” Lisanna hands over the coffee. “Thanks, Lis.” Natsu, with no other thoughts, drank and finished the coffee. “I guess you’re right, this is.. actually delicious. But yeah, I have to go..” Before he finishes, Lisanna warns him. “You can’t go to that party unless you have note from Lucy.. she made one for you and left it in your room.” She said. “Nuts.. I have to find it then.” Natsu hurriedly headed back to his room, and looks for the note. He searched the cabinets, Happy’s bed and Lucy’s closet, but it was nowhere in the said areas. He later spotted a piece of paper under his pillow after he checked his bed. It was the note, and it read: “Natsu, I tried to wake you up so we can go to the Southern Magnolia Park. But you are still asleep even after I tried.. so I wrote this note to let you know that I’m there, waiting for you. You can’t go in unless you bring this with you, so.. please. I want to spend some time with you there.. -Lucy” Natsu had no time to waste, and dashed alone to the park as soon as possible. After an hour and a half, he made it. The holiday is still going on and it won’t stop till 8:00 in the night. As he tries to enter, Erza blocks him. “Natsu.. you’re not coming in here.” She said. “What? C’mon, Erza, let me in! Lucy wanted me to come!” He said. “If you want me to let you in.. show me something that Lucy handed over to you. I have to do this for the rules, Natsu.” Erza replied. She actually wanted to be the bouncer because of the free cakes. Natsu handed over the note, and Erza inspects it. She later approves it. “Fine, you’re in.” She said and let him in. He had no time to talk to Erza. Lucy is still there, in the bench. She was about to leave, until Natsu calls her. “Lucy!” He said. “Natsu! You made it!” Lucy said in delight. The two hugged each other. “Sorry if I’m a heavy sleeper.. but at least I’m here now.” He said. “Its okay.. there’s still time, so let’s go look around the park!” She suggested. The two later strolled around like a normal couple in the park. They explored the entire park, and even played games. There was also a ferris wheel nearby after they strolled in the park. Lucy, worrying about his condition, is not sure if they can ride it. Later, she saw a poster. ‘This ride is equipped with Troia for the motion-sick.’ Which means she doesn’t have to worry about it at all.. so they managed to ride the ferris wheel after she told Natsu about it. Once they were on it, they enjoyed the ride, even if the ferris wheel was a bit slow. Lucy was hugging Natsu for the rest of the ride, and it lasted for 6 minutes till they got off. “That was fun! Good thing you didn’t barf, Natsu!” Lucy said. “Yeah. I-I thought I would. Good thing you saw that poster.” Natsu said, relieved. They later went to the holiday booths. At the booths, they played five games. Ranging to Heart Darts, Love Track (a racing game where the player must make it to the wedding before the others), Couple’s Mini Golf, Hidden Love (hidden object game) and Valentine Roulette. They won prizes, ranging to a big teddy bear, a Happy plush, and a pair of parkas, one pink and one white. They wore both of the parkas, Lucy wearing the pink one and Natsu wearing the white one. The couples stayed until 7:00 where all of them headed home. But Erza remained to keep watch. Natsu and Lucy didn’t leave, because they went to the last place in the park where no one else managed to go there, the portside terrace, where the night sky is in view. As they looked at the night sky, Lucy wanted to thank Natsu for arriving even if he was late. “Natsu.. seriously, I’m glad you made it.. you know.. I really wanted to say it, but..” She said. “But.. what, Lucy? You can tell me, and I trust you!” Natsu said. “..I love you.. that’s why I wanted you to come here, to have fun.. with me..” Lucy said, turning back. “Lucy..” Natsu said, and hugged her. “I.. I love you too. I waited for you to say that to me.. and finally, I can say it back. No one can’t hear us nor see us, so..” He said. The moon and the sky are in the right place as they are about to kiss. Natsu slowly puts his hands to Lucy’s cheeks as he moved in, and Lucy closes in on him until the lips touch, and kissed slowly. Lucy even hugged him during the kiss, and it lasted for 5 seconds. Afterwards, they let go slowly. “Natsu, let’s not forget this. The Southern Magnolia Park, Couple’s Day, and this.. kiss..” Lucy said and hugs him one more time. “I won’t, Lucy. I will not forget this.” Natsu said and hugged her back softly. Then, Erza came in. “Hey, you two!” She said. “The park’s gonna close. Its time to leave.” “Okay, Erza, we’re leaving. Give us a second.” Lucy said. “Alright then, let’s head home. We’re quite lucky that she didn’t punish us..” Natsu said. “Y-yeah.. I don’t want to get in trouble with her..” Lucy sighed. They headed home to the guild, and it was already running late. But they won’t forget their memorable visit, the games they played, and the kiss they had. (Here you go, Rissa. Enjoy reading, and don’t let you-know-who delete this.
