Dear kept glaring at Jabber. Why? Well, Kovu is sleep on his shoulder. It's like Dear thinks if he stares hard enough, Jabber will explode or give him back his brother. And Jabber just glared back. Wrapping his arm around Kovu. Spite meeting Dear's pout.

Kovu stirs awake and noticed Dear. Then Jabber's grip on him. They smile, figuring out the situation, and pats his leg.

"Come on Dear." Inviting him to sit with them- much to Jabber's dismay.

The two continue to glare at each other while Dear makes himself comfortable on Kovu's lap. And Kovu falls back into a comfortable sleep

"Snot nose brat" Jabber smirks.

Dear takes Centralian out his mouth. "Bitch"

"Watch your mouth, Dear" Kovu mutters with his eyes still closed.

Zanka grumbles as Dear clung onto the sleeping Kovu. They had fallen asleep in the common room. And, as if to spite Zanka, Dear stuck himself onto him and refused to move.

"Move you brat" Zanka crosses his arms and glares at Dear.

Dear only glared back. Refusing to move and gripping onto Kovu's hoodie- that they stole from Zanka.

He sighs and sits on the other side of Kovu. Lifting their head into his lap.

Dear looks immediately offended. How dare he move Kovu? How dare he even decide he could be close to them?

Kovu stirs awake. Noticing Zanka first. Then Dear, who was still clinging onto him.

Kovu stretched and smiled. Kissing Zanka softly before getting up and picking up Dear.

"I gotta take this guy to bed." They smile sleepily at Zanka. And Dear smiles victoriously at him.

"That's ok, Ko. I'll come with" He smirks back at Dear who once again glared at him.

Jabber found a raggedy little kitten and named her Mankira!

He originally roomed with Zanka but soon the two got moved into Kovu's apartment.

Jabber does track and often plays sports with the younger kids that Zanka teaches

He absolutely adores his boyfriends and their career paths.

Zanka has arthritis in one of his knees and POTS. He uses a cane and service dog to get around. Her name is Lovely

His cane doubles as a stool for times he needs to sit in public.

Zanka is really bad about taking care of his illness bcs he finds it to be a weakness of his. His boyfriends help him see its just a part of him.

The kids he teaches know Kovu and Jabber as his husbands and just never corrected them.

He's constantly proud of his lovers and wants them to succeed in life.

Kovu's original roommates were crazy so they were replaced with Zanka and Jabber. (top 10 best decisions)

Kovu has a black polydactal cat named Iris. That is his daughter. He birthed her.

Kovu doesn't have a large sweet tooth. Preferring less sweet goods and giving the rest to their friends (and boyfies)

Kovu loves the weekend because they get to clean with their partners and Jabber helps with their hair care

Kovu is extremely low in iron so they often cook high iron foods (with the help of their lovers)

originally, I just shipped kovu and zanka. they were my endgame. that's till I started looking at jabber and kovu's parallels X3

kovu is just as destructive as jabber. kovu is manic like jabber is. theyre both extremely obsessive.

I started liking jabber bcs I saw myself in him. and I think that could be said for all my selfships.

its all very entertaining to me! thinking about the deeper reason for my connection to a character or patterns I see that are far to interesting and intriguing not to share :3
