2017 Château d’Aqueria Tavel Rosé
Starting off the week right with a Tavel rosé. Raspberries, strawberries, cherries, and a hint of red pepper on the nose. Similar on the palate with a dusting of cracked pepper and even a whiff of sweet pepper. Tavel is a great region for rosé - give this a try instead of Provence to impress your wine-nerd friends.
