 i can’t drink coffee anymore bc i’m realllly sensitive to caffeine it makes my anxiety go through the roof which sucks bc i love the taste of coffee :(

Average sleep: 8-10 hours but that varies. like last night i went to sleep around 2 but woke up multiple times due to a nightmare i was having that wouldn’t end :( legit i’d fall back asleep and then go right back into the dream, it sucked

Dream trip: my top places i wanna visit are italy, australia, california, japan, ireland, and germany
