Knight of Chaos AU
This is kind of like a swapped AU of Sonic And The Black Knight. Shadow went through the whole “wake up, remember Maria promise being revenge, remembering his promise was to give them a change, fix his promise, fall to the Earth, get saved by Rogue, and become closer with Rouge and befriend Omega via adventure” thing without Sonic ever bring real.
However, as Mephilis (did I spell that right) warned, G.U.N. eventually turned on Shadow and Omega was reprogrammed to hunt him down. Shadow managed to escape by using the chaos emeralds combined with his own power to create a portal to a planet on the far side of the universe; Mobius. Rogue came along at first, but then they decided that she would sneak onto Earth to get their friend back years later. By then, Shadow had already adopted Galahad and started a job as a knight to sort of blend in.
Rogue is currently working on fixing Omega’s programming from Earth while doing her best to stay hidden, and Shadow is working on both his new job as a knight and being the best dad he can be. Shadow goes by the name “Lancelot“ and lives far from the kingdom of Camelot, though it’s the closest kingdom.
Uh, any questions? I’m honestly feeling a bit shaky about this AU since I have another storyline that would also suit the title, and there are a few holes. But I’d love to answer some questions.

Knight of Chaos AU
The blue hedgehog King Arthur was hoping day and night his trusted knight, Lancelot, would someday return from his sudden disappearance. Despite his inexperience, social awkwardness, and cluelessness to his obvious attempts at courting him, he knew he was a great knight and knew he was still alive. One evening, he visited a lake Lancelot once showed him and noticed a shooting star. Arthur closed his eyes and once again wished for his safe return.
Except it wasn’t a shooting star. And it was falling right towards the lake. Turns out Lancelot’s return would raise more questions than answers.
Writing scenario: Lancelot doesn’t laugh often. Not just because of his sense of humor, but also because he often wheezes and sounds like he’s dying or something when he finds something very funny. When a guy who was scolding Lancelot for something irrational trips and falls while walking away, Lancelot excuses himself and runs off. Worried, Arthur follows him. When he finally catches up, Lancelot sounds and looks like he’s dying from laughter.
