"Break a bone" is on my list of things to do before I die.

Once I went so far as to ask a friend to punch me in the face I know that there's a difference between cartilage and bone But I thought I'd get the same sense of achievment When I felt blood gushing down my front. He refused to do it, And I didn't get to taste iron that day.

I wanted to intentionally sprain my ankle once. I went jogging in a mountainous area that was covered in rocks- I thought it would be easier to trip if the stones were loose Unfortunately my R99 shoes from Ackermans had grip. I managed to get a stitch in my side from jogging though, So at least it wasn't completely pain-free and pointless.

I used to be careless whilst chopping vegetables And I'd walk in town without any shoes on, hoping for glass on the pavement Games for me were long sessions of Mercy and Chicken Or the knife song -              Oooooh, I have all of my fingers, my knife goes chop chop chop! (But I had little interest in Pictionary) And I discovered through careful/careless experimentation That if you sprinkle salt and lemon juice into your cuts They hurt more, and scar better.

I'm still hoping to break a bone. Only my dreams are bigger now- Broken ribs from falling in the 'tub won't do. I want the terms 'crushed' and 'multiple fractures' Displayed on the chart at the end of my bed. Maybe I'll luck out and be in a car crash- With crashes, the possibilites for broken bones are endless.
