oops I've been lacking on posting here for the last couple of days.. sorry!! Yesterday's work out was: 48 squats, 101 knee push ups, 150 sit-ups. Didn't get a chance to do more because I was pretty busy. Going to try to do my tricep work outs and dips today! wish me luck. (: <3
