okay let me just preface this by saying me & mushrooms have always had a hate hate relationships, we dont mess w each other I dont know her it has absolutely always been that way bc i cant sTAND them & im not sorry I want them to go away

basically ive never liked them and one time when i was like ten my dad offered me 20 dollars to eat a mushroom and i was like oh hell yeah 20 dollars ofc ill do it i got this, mind you i hadnt touched a mushroom for like six years at this point. so i put this mushroom in my mouth and i start gagging as soon as it touches my tongue and were in the middle of this nice restaurant im trying my hardest not to throw up anywhere and my dad is MORTIFIED bc im actually abt to throw up everywhere & im also crying bc i want to swallow this damn mushroom but my body is fully rejecting like everything is telling me to abort mission & get this POISON out of my body 

long story short my dad felt bad for me bc he didnt think it would be that bad and i got 20 dollars but i also almost threw up so it really wasnt worth it

so NOW after that traumatic experience i will quite actually spit my food out if i taste even a sliver of a mushroom bc my body rejects it, i wish i liked mushroom like the rest of the world i feel left out & like im missing out on a good thing but lORD if a mushroom lands on my tongue all hell breaks loose & im not responsible for my actions I will pick absolutely every bit of mushroom out of very bit of my food if it comes down to it

😂😂😂 no fr I am just kidding I couldn't do that to baby preteen Lexa, I couldn't. Tiny baby Lexa in her leetle overalls and her scruffy chuck taylors all marked up with permanent marker designs that she and Clarke decorated the second she got them and her glasses held together with tape cuz her mom's tired of buying her new ones every time she breaks them (4 times in one summer is excessive) and her sun-kissed freckled cheekies and her braids with a million crazy flyaways from riding her bike all over God's creation with Clarke at her side 🥹
