THE KITTEN METHOD

1.) Get comfortable in any position you like and breathe three in and four out
2.) Tell yourself shifting is easy for you and you've always been able to do it. Start to affirm your in your Dr even if it doesn't feel like your there.
3.) Feel your bed that is your Dr bed those are your Dr pillows.
4.) Think thoughts that you would think of if you were in you Dr. What would you do today? what outfits would u where?
5.) Think of scenarios the best to think of is scenarios with people your close to.
6.) Go to sleep with an intention that you will shift
