Are the houses with dining halls the only houses that don't have kitchens?
All houses have kitchenettes, with basic appliances for student cooking. Also, there are co-op houses, which don’t have dining halls but instead house students who do their own cooking- those are equipped with full kitchens! Plus, the dining hall kitchens aren’t typically used by students- the kitchenettes are usually sufficient, plus there’s a full kitchen in the Campus Center for student use!

Does Chapin house have a full kitchen?
Hey there! I’m a first year in Chapin at the moment, and while we don’t have a full kitchen, we have a nifty little kitchenette. Plus, students can use the full kitchen in the Campus Center... and, if you’re really lucky, you’ll make friends with people in houses like Cutter or Ziskind and then you can use the kitchen in their house! :)

September’s event:
On september 4th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm we are going to be joining Retoy again. This time we’ll be in Folkets Park in Malmö.
Retoy is an organisation that arranges activities for children who maybe cannot afford to buy new toys. At these activities children can come to play with, trade, donate and - if possible - fix broken toys. The main goal is to create a warm and loving environment where kids who are less fortunate can come and have fun, while at the same time work to benefit the environment by decreasing the amount of toys thrown away. Now, because of the influx of refugee children, Retoy needs volunteers more than ever. Come join for a playful day! Volunteers will be playing and interacting with the kids, making sure that everybody feels included. We will also be helping out at the donations station with discarding toys who are potentially dangerous or have been broken beyond repair.
