Yes. This was my life for months. Here’s what literally cured everything for me: go into another room, set the timer on your phone for 10 mins. Sit on the floor and spend the first few mins breathing. Breathe really deeply and really slowly. Don’t think about writing. Literally just try to clear your mind. Spend the rest of that time stretching. Literally stretch like you’re about to work out for cardio. Stretch your legs, arms, back, roll your shoulders, etc.

Go back to your writing place. Shut off any music. Put on http://rain.today

And just write.
