What are the reaction of Barian emperor+ astral when they realize Yuuma is the King of Light and Shadow? As former leaders themselves, realizing that this excitable good hearted idiot they all love is, as a matter of fact, a big shot King.
hmm I'll be honest I hadn't really gotten that far to thinking about it, but I definitely think shock would be involved! The Astral and Barian worlds have considered themselves outside the jurisdiction of the King for a very very long time and most of the Kings have left them to their own devices except when it threatens other dimensions for just as long, so the Barian Emperors haven't had a whole lot of interaction with the line of Kings, but they definitely would know of them. It would certainly be a shock to all of them to learn that the person they've only vaguely thought about as some distant, super powered being that they mostly ignore is actually as close to home as Yuma is! The idea of Yuma having so much power would also be terrifying to all of them lol XD
Say. In your Kingverse, by Arc V Jack have memory of past life from his time with Yusei. So he likely understand more than other about spirit world and supernatural stuff. What were his thoughts on the event that happens in synchro with Yuya? His sudden personality change, his likeness with Yugo. Also the power. There was a scene in Yuya duel with the officer where he look surprised.
I actually haven't thought too much in detail about what Arc V Jack knows about the King and that concept. I know that he got somewhat involved with it when Yusei was King, but how much he connects the dots when it comes to Yuya is definitely up in the air atm as I haven't ironed out too many details lol.
At the very least, he recognized the events as supernatural in nature, and he probably thought there was some duel spirit involved, at the very least. Due to other complicating factors in Arc V Jack's situation in my kingsverse, though, he wouldn't really have the opportunity to follow up on them before Yuya was off to another dimension.
In KingVerse, does each King got their personal Title? If so, what are they? I know Atem is King of Game, both Atem and Yugi was called the Double King. Judai was called Supreme King?
They do! I can't let onto all of those titles because some would be spoiler-y, but you're correct that Atem is often referred to as the Game King, and Yugi and Atem were once called the Double Kings at some point. Judai was sometimes called the Supreme King, but that has a lot of baggage for him; he's also sometimes called the Fused King.

kingsverse poll
hey y’all i am finally going to start working on kingsverse proper and not just dance around the canon with my halloween fics lol. to that end, i need to decide where i’m going to start, and i want to make a lil poll to see what people might be most interested in seeing.
full disclosure, i might not follow the results of the poll, but i will definitely use it as a sort of interest check. i plan to start working on my chosen project during nanowrimo, so i can start posting in december or january. So! without further ado:

By the way, I kept forgetting to ask. What are the duel Monsters or even the other dimension reaction to what went down with Zarc and Ray? Cause, it seem like Zarc was just really too powerful
the tl;dr is....they were all Slightly Concerned....actually, make that Incredibly Concerned lol.
If we’re talking KingsVerse, I do plan on going into way more depth regarding Ray and Zarc’s confrontation, how things escalated, how they got to where they did, and what that meant for the greater universe, but to avoid giving away too many spoilers, the Duel Spirits were incredibly divided over what happened. Some were totally on board with the whole Zarc destroying humanity thing, others were super opposed, and as Zarc was tearing through the Physical Realm, a similar battle was going on in many of the Duel Spirit dimensions as they all began to take sides, for or against humanity. To be fair, some of the spirits were very angry about Real Solid Vision and the violent way they were being forced to duel, finding the experience more painful than when they were manifested in regular Solid Vision. Others were much closer to humans or humanity in general and weren’t willing to let them all disappear.
So suffice to say: the reaction was a mess! I hope to delve more deeply into a lot of stuff here soon ;w;

I can absolutely tell you the basic premise without giving too much away!
Basically, KingsVerse (i've had to call it that instead kingverse because APPARENTLY, stephen king fans are using the latter and i didn't know until like. a year ago), is my cohesive yugioh universe, in which every single yugioh series takes place in the same universe, on the same timeline. This is all connected by the presence of the King, a human with an extremely powerful soul who appears once a generation.
The King's job is to maintain the balance between the twelve dimensions, between humanity and the Shadow Folk (duel monster spirits). As mentioned before, one King is born into each generation, which means that an older King is usually available to mentor the new King before they take over. You don't have to die to pass on the King's Soul, you just have to lose a duel to your successor, so previous Kings will often stick around with their successors to help them out here or there.
I actually did start putting together a wiki for relevant things to this universe, though it's pretty bare bones right now lol. I think I saw you go through all my Halloween fics so you already know that (almost) all of them take place in the KingsVerse (Incidence is the only one that does not), but my GX nextgen series, Yu-Gi-Oh! RED, does as well! I've also made a few worldbuilding posts about how dimensions are set up in this universe.
I have...copious notes and plans to write "main-line" KingsVerse stories in nearly all of yugioh series lol.
