((Aha! You caught them! This bitch doesn't have an actual doctorate. They started studying under their father (an actual qualified dentist) at 14, finished high school at 16, and apprenticed as an assistant in the surgery for the next four years, staying in their childhood home to study that whole time. Then they died at 20. The plan was supposedly that they would go away to get their qualifications eventually, but their father relied on them so much for the daily running of the surgery that it was continually put off.)
30.
((Not particularly. The school was tiny, as they often are in very rural areas. And Ieuan had basically no friends, and so felt no need to stay at school any longer than was necessary. Besides, he had the curriculum his father had drawn up for him to study after school anyway. )
31.
((They would have been a very good student, if they didn't struggle so much at getting along with both their classmates and their teachers. They became very good at teaching themself the material, but only really did so with things they were interested in. So they got very high marks on one half of their report card, with terrible ones on the other half. They remain endlessly curious to this day, and would 100% be the type to go signing up to every class that piqued their interest, were circumstances different.)
