The travel to the desert castle had been a long and arduous one and surely would have uncomfortable for anyone. Finally home from far off negotiations Hikaru moved leisurely through the open halls of his domain. Beside him a servant was reading off current affairs he needed to attend to. Bored with the prattle Hikaru interrupted. “Tell me of our latest battle with the farest land. Did we acquire anything of value?” he asked. The servant nodded, “We found several crates of silks and scrolls and-“ “More useless talking,” he said and lifted a hand to strike the other man. The servant cowered and nearly shouted, “And a princess!” Hikaru’s hand stopped and he lifted a brow. “Princess? Show her to me.”
