He basically was like this is his last live show for now & will create a new one if/when he does his next album. So keeping the fingers crossed! And THANK YOU for telling me about Jon’s upcoming hibernation I will definitely go see him now!
Ooh good man Glen for speaking up, people were freaking out so much it was just insane. And GOOD CHOICE. I promise you won’t regret it and Ry Ry will probably be back! So when are Jon and Gesa playing? Tomorrow already? Saturday? Either way, HAVE FUN!

It’s totally ok to freak out at Jon’s show, it’s a natural reaction. Gesa’s DJ sets are really great, but his live show is so much more intense though. You’re lucky you’re still catching that, because he’ll probably come back to DJ at some point. People are freaking out over it being his last live show for no real reason, though. It’s only his last live show of the tour, I have no doubt he’ll do more live shows in the future when there’s new material!

I wish we could be friends! We have the exact same music taste and there's no one at home who likes our favorites. All the music I love I have to listen to by myself :( Your blog introduced me to Jon Hopkins & Im already in love. Top 3 tracks? His discography is so vast I don't know where to begin! I'm going to Coachella & I just found out he's playing and I'm so so excited. I also begged my friend to come to Gesaffelstein's set w me & she said "fine but only cause he's hot." Ugh I was so mad.

I’m so happy you discovered Jon Hopkins through my blog and that you love his music! There’s only a select few people who are vocal about his music on here and I try to spread the word because I just wish for everyone to hear it and love it as much as I do.
Indeed his discography is so vast and amazing it’s so hard to pick favourites. For me it changes all the time and I still discover new favourites.
Oh my god have SO MUCH FUN at Coachella! It’s going to be amazing and whatever you do please be sure to catch Gesaffelstein and Jon Hopkins. You’re going to love their live sets, both their shows are absolutely mindblowing. Please tell me all about it when you get back!
Ugh yeah Gesa gets people who are mainly just there for his face a lot. I understand that his face is quite aesthetically pleasing but it gets a little annoying sometimes. HOWEVER, at least your friend is coming with you and who knows she might end up also liking his music and his live show. If not just ignore it and rock out by yourself!
Never let anyone stop you from enjoying great music to the fullest.
