About the Yellowstone eruption, the whole thing is just really wrong and misinformed. Yellowstone is due for an eruption, but it's one of those could be now, could be 50,000 years away things. But the thing is that all these new articles are saying these things just because some guy uploaded a video of animals running past his car, saying 'they're running for their lives', when in fact they were running further INTO the caldera. That's literally all the evidence they have. It ain't gonna blow.
Thank you! Like I said in the tags, the super volcano shit has scared me for years and I did not need to look into it more and think about it. Last time I researched this one in South America I couldn't think about anything else all day. Just the thought is scary as fuck but the link on that post didn't look legit so I wasn't at a full blown panic.
