D Westy may have well just came up from the land down under.  Dylan hales from Southern California and popped up on the dama scene faster than Indiana Jones whipping out a real KNIFE!  His tricks are swift and honed beyond.  

In this video he plays many of the tricks back in slo motion.  You can really see how honed he has the tama.  He also uses a variety of styles of kendamas. He can go from a silk halfsplit to a natty Craft to a classic triple stripe Tribute.

I had a chance to hang out with Kim Sturdavant at his brewery in San Francisco. Kim is the master brewer at Social Kitchen and Brewery in the Inner Sunset district. While he has been brewing for 10 years he is new to kendama. Kim has been showing up to KGTUES with growlers of his latest and greatest beers and they always open eyes and nod heads. 

Kims latest creation is a beer made with Galaxy hops and it was only appropriate to name it after the infamous kendama trick LUNAR FLIP.  Check out the video and get a behind the scenes look at Kim and his brewing.
