I'm wondering if there's any other ADHDers out there that have trouble with RSD (rejection-sensitive dysphoria) Dodson ADHD Center and Willliam W. Dodson, M.D talk about how RSD can severely hamper life and relationships. His site has fantastic information as well as ways to contact other physicians in your area that specialize in ADHD. (I've heard wonderful things about David E. Sosin in Tustin, CA and hope to seek treatment with him soon. The videos on his site are well-worth a watch!)

this is such a great blog. i've been formally diagnoised since age 5, on and off meds til 13, then it's been nothing but a struggle into adulthood. at 25, it gets harder but easier to read posts about things I've only thought were wrong with myself and were personality flaws instead of symptoms of ADHD. it's comforting to have a place to start to climb up the mountain to having good days again. I recommend Stacey Turis' "Here's To Not Catching Our Hair on Fire" as a good ADHD self-help read

Just five? I envy you XD. I tend to not optimize my playthroughs at all. A lot of time is spent running or riding and getting lost haha XD.
