Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 large eggs. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or chopped cooked bacon. 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup marinara sauce optional, for dipping.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Mix in the eggs until a dough forms. Add the pepperoni or bacon, green bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together well. Roll the dough into small balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. If you want, you can serve it warm with marinara sauce to dip it in.
