This Burrata, Lettuce, and Tomato Chutney Sandwich is a tasty mix of fresh lettuce, creamy burrata cheese, and tangy tomato chutney. It is made with toasted whole grain bread.
Ingredients: 4 slices of whole grain bread. 1 burrata cheese ball. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1/2 cup tomato chutney.
Instructions: Toast the whole grain bread until it turns golden brown. Put tomato chutney on both sides of two pieces of toasted bread. Add lettuce leaves to the top of each slice. Each piece of bread should have half of the burrata cheese ball on it. Add the last two toasted slices of bread on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
