Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for serving.
