Today was day one of trying Ketolent!! It's the keto (high fat, low carb) version of soylent. I bought the two samples, one chocolate and one vanilla.
If I can't sit down and make a meal plan, then I can have one delivered right? I think not planning my food out was an act of sabotage in a way. I know I'll stick to a very specific plan mapped out. So here it is, effortless. And the chocolate one tastes great which is a relief. I stayed in control and only had half. The second half I'll have after work.
They're meant to be replacement meals, eaten as one meal out of the day instead of how I'll use them as my only meal per day. Meaning they only have about a third of the vitamins I'll need, but I can supplement those without food and take pills.
So the chocolate packet is 400kcal, plus the added coconut oil, puts me around 670kcal for the entire day. I mixed tomorrow's already, and that's going to be even less. The vanilla packet is 380 or so, and I used MCT oil instead, so it should be around 600 or a touch under.
It could really be this easy. If I just forget Food for one month or so, minus the vacation I'm taking mid January, I'll be back down to 121 and can then calm down and lower at a much less... Neurotic pace. Possibly. I never have issues maintaining a really low weight, just losing the weight to get down lower. So getting to 121 and I can breathe again. 118 and I'm charting new territory and I'll be thrilled.
This time I just can't let it get to me. The comments, the reactions, the attention. I'll find ways to go unnoticed. But that's a problem for tomorrow.
