>We find all the chicks soaking wet

>Almost a dozen (12) of them were dead

>Chicken Sniffer and a Manager have to take boxes of chicks to blow dry them off and try to save them from drowning/freezing to death

>Chicken Sniffer was transporting a few chicks in a box

>Box fell out from the bottom

>Chicks went kerplop and died

>Right in front of a customer

>Cue "Oh Shit" face

>Save most of the chicks, only about 20 to 30 of them died by the end of the day

>Chicken Sniffer vows to never let such a massacre happen again
