Day Three Hundred Seventy-Four: Between exploring new foods in each region and my husbands amazing culinary skills, there's no doubt why my clothes have gotten progressively tighter over the past year. On the left, my husband used ingredients from the local farmers market and sautéed rainbow chard, locally foraged mushrooms, garlic scapes, onions, basil, and bacon in bacon grease and drizzled a balsamic reduction and sea salt over it. On the right, you see freshly made spoon bread with soft butter and local raw honey melted over it.
