9. Your favourite thing about D&D.

Just getting to be creative and bonkers with all of my friends. Also getting to plan things and look forward to springing them on my friend.

11. How often do you play and how often would you ideally like to play?

13. Introduce your current party.

A bunch of very strange people who got put under a curse together and are trying to figure out what the fuck’s going on there. We have Rune, the tiefling rogue with the worst backstory, Cirrus, the charming and lawbreaking air genasi sorcerer; Nessa, the nervous and adorable tiefling bard; Lyra, the fierce, isolated half-elf druid; Althea, the half-elf cleric of the Raven Queen who’s at an interesting place in life right now; Pip, the firmly lawful good halfling bard; and Kronk, the half-orc barbarian who wants to be a bard but... lacks talent.

15. Do you have snacks during game times?

I try to grab snacks beforehand, it takes a lot of energy!

17. What are some house rules that your group has?

I don’t think I have really instated any yet, but once this group levels up for the first time, I’m planning to steal Matt Mercer’s rule of if you roll a 1 on your hit dice, you roll again. Everyone is very squishy.

19. Do you or your party have any dice superstitions?

If they’re just sitting around on my desk long-term, I try to always have them highest total up.

23. Do you use premade modules or original campaigns?

I love worldbuilding and fitting player backstories into the world/campaign, so original.

27. Do you allow homebrew content?

It hasn’t come up yet! I would be happy for players to use homebrew stuff as long as it’s balanced and there’s a good reason to use it. I’ll likely also be creating some monsters/items/etc myself.

29. Do you prefer RP heavy sessions or combat sessions?

@kiranwearsscienceblues​ OP has a new URL and I think empresshoshisato does too, pretty sure both are still around though!

I hate people calling me queer, but i’m quite happy for other people to use it to refer to themselves. Why can people not just let other people identify the way they are most comfortable?

And that’s totally valid, too. I just. Yeah. Why do people on the internet feel like you have to police every word coming out of your mouth so that the most uncharitable possible reading will find no flaws in it?
