Today was difficult but I’m happy..sorta.
Breakfast:
6 crackers: 105cal
Snack:
6 crackers: 105cal
2 benifiber tablets: 11cal
Lunch:
cinnamon &apple oatmeal: 160cal
2 pieces of toast: 220cal
1/4 avocado: 80cal
Dinner:
Technically my snack was supposed to be my lunch and my lunch was supposed to be my dinner but my brother wanted to buy me a bowl from panda. Which, I didn’t want but he kept saying I need to eat. He makes dinner for us and he didn’t “see” me eat. So, I got an orange chicken bowl with chow mein which was..810 cal.
Notes:
Ugh. I feel so disgusting. I would’ve been at 681 for the day. Which I need to be because I’m at 150lbs. Now I’m at 1,491 and it more than doubled. But it’s a little ok because I heaved the panda bowl, which cut it down 50% from 810 to 405cal. Hopefully. So really, my cal intake for the day was 1,086. I still feel gross but at least I hate myself a little less.

I’ve always just wrote down my diet in the notes in my iPhone but I feel if I actually blog it and post it on the internet, not only keep track of what I eat, but also my feelings, I’ll stay on it.
I’m always so good for the first few day’s of dieting but then after, I just forget and I become distracted with more food. I currently weigh 150 and my average weight a few years ago, when I watched what I ate and worked out, was 110. +40 lbs and I can’t take it anymore.
I will hold my promise to keep track and eat right.
