A client recently asked me for ways to keep herself balanced with all that’s going on around us. This is just a small suggestion of things I do to keep myself sane right now. I also knit and that’s another great activity to still the mind as each stitch is a mantra, prayer or devotion to Spirit and to our souls.

The other I went for a walk around the lake by me and came across this beautiful nest 🦢 . Today I went for the same walk and found the swan asleep keeping the warm🥚 . Shropshire is such a beautiful place and I’m so blessed for having this on my door step 😇 .
