In speaking of coming judgment, He says “in a night” Moab will be devastated and ruined (Isaiah 15:1), its glory stripped away. City after city would go from being fortified to ruined, because of their heart posture toward God. • But in reading this, I thought about how God can move just as powerfully in the reverse. He can take a situation that looks bleak and cause it to prosper. In an instant mourning can turn to dancing. Weeping for a night—joy in the morning. • This is why it’s imperative that you not give up. This is why you must lean into your faith walk. What you see now will not always be. The landscape is ever shifting. Seasons change, and they can change in an instant. Keep your focus above and ignite your faith with verses like this—> “For the LORD of hosts has planned, and who can frustrate it?” (Isaiah 14:27) • YOU are in His plans. In Christ He’s got works prepared since the foundation of the world.
