❝ don't— ❞ his voice is low, too harsh and he cuts himself off. emil releases a heavy breath as he sinks a little further back into the corner of the kitchen, hiding himself in shadows. ❝ don't turn on the light. ❞ it's been days since he last saw manny. it might have been weeks. time is hazy, everything from the past few nights is hazy. but he remembers that he is supposed to here. he promised to be home for dinner last time they spoke. he remembers promising to cook for him. and then...a failed mission, teeth tearing open his skin. now this...how long has it been since then? emil had let himself in sometime after moonrise and waited. now that manny is actually here he wants to bolt out the nearest window and disappear into the night. ❝ it's me. just...don't turn the light on yet. ❞

tim hadn't thought about it much. usually he just followed hawk's lead. now he was asking him to tell him what he wanted. so much, so many things. he looked into the eyes of his lover. he knew if he said what he wanted, hawk would run surely. he sighed and said the only safe option ❝i want you on your knees❞ he instructed.

Henry, at first looked to maggie confused before following her gaze to the gash on his side - ah so that explains why he felt a sharp ache there "Ah that, got a little reckless but I'll be alright - I just need to drop these supplies off and then I'll have it checked over" It wasn't a life threating gash mind you but it wasn't a small one either, one that would require some light work and plenty of rest no doubt "How was your run by the way? anything exciting happen to you guys too?"

She couldn't believe what she was hearing. Confused though she was, Page's arms swung forward and she rolled up onto her toes, bouncing, near giddy smile breaking over her face. " You mean it? You seriously mean it? ---- I will be the best partner in crime solving you've ever had, just watch me! "

"Like what?" Nicky asked, knowing exactly what Theo meant. He knew the look in his eyes, he knew that he had never been good at masking his emotions as well as he could bite his tongue. But he was hurt. He didn't know how much longer he could take this. The sneaking around, the disappearing before the sun had risen... He understood that Theo was not seeking out a relationship, but it was killing Nicky. He wanted more, wanted something that the older man seemingly was not willing to give him, and he wished he could simply switch off his feelings and just walk away. But Theo had him enchanted, completely head over heels, and it was making things so much more difficult.

Bucky smiles a bit as Manny plants himself on his lap before the other male is kissing the Super Soldier suddenly and unexpectedly. Bucky's eyes go wide a bit as his hands move to rest on Manny's hips as Bucky kisses him back.

"You're so beautiful." he whispered against her lips, voice rough with awe and nerves. "You know that, right?" He kissed her again before she could answer, slower this time, letting his wasn't hands wander up her sides, over her waist. It wasn’t rushed. It didn't need to be. They had time.
