Skyrim has a meme of arrow in the knee; it's something a random guard may comment while you're near to them ("I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee"). I recall a lot of people think it was reference to being married (since you get down on one knee to propose) but I believe it was disproven? so it's assumed they're simply mentioning an old injury
And you can get shot up but not by trolls; by giants lmao
