In your response to how c!Sapnap is a bad friend to c!Dream, I noticed you didn't mention the fight after the dethronement. After dethroning c!George, those in Mexican L'manburg started plotting how they can take back the throne and tried to enlist c!Bad, prompting c!Dream and others to attack them on their land. What are your thoughts on how c!Dream attacked first in that situation, even if they were planning something? And another time c!Dream fought against c!Sapnap and c!George is after they and c!Quackity tried to frame c!Eret for killing c!Karl. They also griefed the castle and stole the throne, to which c!Dream responded by destroying their land. I feel that both these conflicts really pushed c!Sapnap and c!George away, making them see c!Dream as violent and power hungry.
During the dethronement, c!George and c!Sapnap accused c!Dream of not caring or being a bad friend multiple times, and refused to listen to anything he said.
They proceeded to do the very thing that started c!Dream off on his descent into ruthless measures in the first place: start a country and proclaim themselves independent from the Dream SMP. His original friends, whom he fought the original L'Manberg with and for.
This ought to have hurt. c!Dream's input into the conversation is very rational and he explains himself very well, but this is a situation highly similar to the og war, where after what he saw as provocation, he was the first to attack in the situation, seemingly "starting" the conflict. However, this is not what he sees it as, as he explains to c!Q.
c!Dream's response wasn't the best, but it was definitely a reaction to what they did. They refused to listen and directly and openly attacked his lands' unity, hence he responded accordingly. This might've pushed them away, however they saw him as someone who didn't care about them or value them - as an enemy beforehand, which was needed for them to start Mex. L'Manberg in the first place.
It definitely did solidify the us vs. them mentality that they'd already grasped onto and pushed the two further apart, though, so I agree.
