The first studio logo for Kawada Studios.
I chose the name Kawada after my favorite character from Battle Royale - Shogo Kawada. And I chose the red deer because they're pretty cool animals.
We tried making a Japanese Kamon crest design first, but it just didn't seem to work. So we decided to simplify the logo to something reminiscent of the Studio Ghibli logo with Totoro.
