For those whoโve asked what the pieces made from the black clay will look like once fired and glazed here is one of my test pieces. Iโve used a colored glaze inside and on the top and left the bottom of the cup unglazed. While I love how this glaze has turned out, Ive seen some pieces with a clear glaze and they looked Devine. Quite elegant. Iโll be trimming the pieces and throwing more over the next few days. Then Iโm hoping to get them all in for their first firing by the end of next week.
