Hey Cozylings 🥰✨I wanted to share something really honest and heartfelt today a little behind-the-scenes peek at how I create, why I use certain tools, and why it’s all still very, very human. This is for anyone who’s ever wondered, questioned, or even judged the process of creating online in 2026.
I am a human creator. Every post, every recipe, every caption, every cozy essay, every song idea, every little thing you see on my blog and socials it comes from me. From my thoughts, my voice, my experiences, my messy life, my mornings with smoothies, my long afternoons journaling or cooking, my creative process. Every single thing has a little piece of me in it. 🥤💛
That said… yes, I do use AI in some parts of my process. Not to replace me. Not to take credit. Not to make things less real. I use AI for inspiration, brainstorming, and polishing sentences like when you use Pinterest, Canva templates, or Lightroom for editing. The photos are all mine. I take them, I style them, I edit them in Lightroom. I choose every filter, every light, every composition. AI doesn’t take my photos. AI doesn’t write my heart. AI doesn’t make my voice. I do.
Some people have told me AI is bad for the environment, or that it makes content “less real.” I hear that. I respect that. And I use AI responsibly only to assist, never to replace, and always with awareness. 🌿✨ My goal is to share creativity, cozy ideas, and real-life moments in a way that’s accessible, inclusive, and human-first.
Being honest about this is also important because I want other creators, especially small ones, to see that tools do not define your humanity. Using AI, apps, or editing software doesn’t mean you’re fake. It means you’re resourceful. It means you’re learning. It means you’re building your voice while honoring your limitations and creativity. And honestly? That’s what being a creator is all about experimenting, learning, and sharing your truth.
I also want to acknowledge something bigger: this post isn’t just about tools or content. It’s about confidence, self-love, and realness. For anyone who has ever felt small, unseen, or judged for your body, your ideas, your work, your journey you are enough. Whether you’re mid-size, curvy, straight-size, or anything in between; whether you have belly rolls, back rolls, a belly pooch, scars, stretch marks, or anything else society tries to shame you are real, beautiful, and human. Celebrate your body, celebrate your creativity, celebrate yourself. 🥰✨
To my fellow creators, my friends, my Cozylings, and anyone navigating this world of content-making: keep sharing. Keep creating. Keep being unapologetically you. Tools will come and go. Platforms will change. Trends will rise and fall. But your heart, your perspective, your voice that is forever. 🌿💛
So yes, I use AI sometimes. I use apps. I use Lightroom. And I use my own brain, my own eyes, my own hands, my own heart. And that combination is completely okay. That combination is human. That combination is real. That combination is me.
To anyone reading this: your creativity matters. Your voice matters. Your human-ness matters. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Keep creating, keep sharing, and keep being cozy, thoughtful, real YOU. 🥤✨
With love always,
Kat 🥰🌿
