If it’s not Ada who made the decision, then who knows what criteria are in place. This place has doctors from Karnstein Hospital, members of the Aurora Society. It could be that Ronald simply claimed to be a member of the Aurora Society. Maybe he recited their motto and did the Phoenix pose? Maybe he dropped a lot of money on the place as a bribe donation?
