#repost π via @annlowengartinteriors: What one window can do. This space was pretty dark before I arrived. The south wall was devoid of any windows with the exception of one small one. So when I suggested adding more we were all hopeful that would create a whole different feel but werenβt totally sure. There were some pretty big trees adjacent to the house so when we pruned them back and popped in the second window we were all floored with the result. Even painting the cabinets a dark aubergine could not darken this new light-filled space. *** The rustic farmhouse table looks so much at home in this contemporary dining space.
