💪 : describe shahzad's body language.

shahzad likes to preen. he's aware that he's physically attractive and takes advantage of the fact when he has the need or want to. he takes up space. he can command a room with his physicality and swagger. standing, blocking a doorway, sitting with his boots propped up against a table or desk, leaning up against a bar. he's confident, or over-confident, depending on how you find him. there's certain situations he'll find himself in that'll throw him off and that's when you'll see his rather obvious attempts to overcompesate.

he's also into using his height. he'll loom over others and look down his nose at them, or, similarly, he'll bend down and crowd right in someone's face as a means of intimidation or when he's just looking to torment someone.

he unconsciously talks with his hands, too, gesticulating to emphasise his points or whenever he gets carried away about something. shahzad can get pretty animated in the heat of the moment when the topic interests or is important to him.

💝 : what is shahzad's love language? how do they usually convey it?

shahzad's the type of guy who'll mentally take note of the things that make you smile or excite you and then incorporate them into a surprise down the line, then, make out like it was just no big deal or whatever.

let him cook for you. shahzad has such a special relationship with homemade food, perhaps because it's one of the few remaining things that connects him both with his cultural roots and his family. while his relationship with his family may have been turbulent, food was always something that could bring them closer together, if only for a little while.

so, yes, let shahzad do the work and you can stand by and watch as he creates an incredible dish for you. maybe he'll let you taste test.

he's also very fond of physical contact, distinguished from his other touchy behaviour, less to do with intimidation and more so with intimacy. he enjoys feeling his partner's skin warm under his palm, feeling the ripple of their muscles, the heat of their insides.

☕ : how does shahzad take their coffee or tea? what does their drink order look like?

he's a fan of strong black tea brewed with saffron and or cardamom, served almost unbearably hot whatever the weather.

Rather, he rocks back on his heels, hands drifting behind his back, posture luskish in a way that’s vexatiously desultory for a fight. That’s always an option. ❜ A pause. He tilts his head. ❛ But that feels… monochromatic. And you look like the kind of guy who really needs some color. ❜
