Gather round teen wolf fans I need you. So when Jackson turned into a proper werewolf, post-kanima, his eyes were blue, implying that he was responsible for the deaths he caused as the kanima (personally I hate this because he was literally being controlled by Matt and Gerard but okay).
With that in mind:
if Stiles was turned into a werewolf post-nogitsune, his eyes would be...

There are compelling arguments to both options, I'm going to drop the simplest ones here.
Blue, in that Stiles feels responsible for the carnage caused by the nogitsune as he was the one who "let it in", thereby taking on the blame for the deaths it caused, regardless of his own agency in the killings. (This aligns with Theo's "remorse" theory later in canon, implying the colour of a wolf's eyes depends on their personal feelings of guilt/remorse.)
Yellow, in that the nogitsune possessed Stiles, he wasn't in control of his own actions and thereby he is not the one at fault for what happened, meaning that the deaths caused by the nogitsune are not his to bear. (This aligns more with what we knew of canon prior, which is that the colour changes if a wolf knowingly takes an innocent life.)
