i headcanon that, once both of them were safely delivered back to the hotel and everything had fallen back into place as well as Kanel about to say his goodbyes, Charlie approached him and talked about how grateful she was he was the one that happened to have them, how they arrived without a scratch or complaint and how they even seemed to have enjoyed their time at his place, she invites him to the hotel, saying that he seems to have a good heart, that he can change for the better as long as he just wants to and escape eternal punishment and that she believes he would be a great guest, to which, Kanel just gives a sad smile in return and says:
"I've commited several sins and mistakes in my life, more than i can count, and unfortunately, whether I like it or not i'll continue to sin for as long as i still breathe, there's no escape for me from my life in hell."
he thanks her and says his goodbyes, forever; as he wonders in the back of his mind just what caused voxtek to despise the hotel this badly, and dreads returning to his boring shitty job and his boring souless sinner shitty life
