Or to be more accurate, the Hurrian goddess Shaushka, wrapped into the Babylonian framework as "Ishtar of Nineveh," which is right near Kalakh. Winged, crowned, breast armored, with the nubby vulva familiar to many via the Elamite goddess figurines ("Inanna," but really Kiririsha - another case of the original ethnic name eclipsed by imperial power).
