Nicknames: My real name is so damn short that no one has come up with any. I feel a bit salty about it.

Height: 163 cm. Another thing to feel salty about, since I was supposed to grow taller than my mum who is about 170 cm.

Last thing I googled: Forecast for my hometown. Easter break has begun and I’m planning to travel to see my parents, so I need to know how cold it’s gonna be so that I can pack clothes that are warm enough.

Last movie I watched: Bolt (Disney). My roomie bought it a while ago and I hadn’t seen it before.

Last TV show I watched: Noin viikon uutiset - a Finnish satirical tv show that discusses some topical news.

What I’m wearing now: My pyjamas. When my roomie and I were returning from the grocery store, it started to hail and we got cold and wet. I’m not going to leave the house anymore today. :D

Do I get asks regularly?: Nope, which is a pity, since I love doing these.

Why did I choose my URL?: I had grown quite bored with the nickname that I had used everywhere in the internet so I thought I’d pick something entirely different. Initially, my blog was supposed to deal mostly with education and teaching and since I’m a sucker for etymology, I wanted to pick an URL that is somehow connected to the theme. According to a certain etymology site, “Sophia” means “wisdom” or “wise”, while “Frederica” means “peaceful ruler” - not bad for a teacher, right? *laughs* Also, Sophia is a variant of my middle name, so it also serves as a connection to me. Oh my god, I should stop now...

Average hours of sleep: 7-8. I’m pretty sensitive to light and now that sun has begun to rise earlier, I can’t sleep as much as I’d like to. :))

Favorite characters: Katsuki Yuuri and Viktor Nikiforov are my number one babies right now. I also adore Elizabeth Bennett, Margaery Tyrell (rip), Little My and tons of others.

Dream job: A teacher of way too many subjects and an author!

Number of blankets: 1 but I use an extra warm one most of the year, since my body heat is equivalent to a corpse.
