Indulge in the rich and decadent flavors of Kahlua Fudge. This easy-to-make treat combines the sweetness of chocolate with the warmth of Kahlua liqueur, creating a delightful dessert that's perfect for any occasion. Optional walnuts add a satisfying crunch to this luscious fudge.
Ingredients: 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Stir in the Kahlua liqueur, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully incorporated. If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut it into squares and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
