KAGAMI WAS ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE. Of course there was a reason for this. He was using every chance he had to talk to Kasamatsu. After finishing up his third year in high school and graduating, the two spent a lot of time together. This also led to Kasamatsu breaking the news that he’d be moving away for college. Kagami didn’t really know why he didn’t just go to college in Tokyo where they lived but he decided not to question him if this was what he really wanted. It was hard to say goodbye, it always is. He often recalled how bitter their parting kiss felt and how heavy his shoulders felt after he watched Kasamatsu board his train. After he left, he started using his phone a lot more. He was always texting and they made use of their free time by video calling on Skype. They spent hours together through the virtual world of communication. It was the only way for them to see each other at this point. Neither of them had the money to be going back and forth as they pleased. 

KASAMATSU WAS A LITTLE MORE AFFECTIONATE OVER TEXT. He said a lot of things through text message that he wouldn’t say in person. Probably because Kagami couldn’t see or make fun of how red his face got. He never deleted a single text message. He still had the texts from when they first started to talk, the texts from after they started going out, the texts from the night before Kasamatsu’s leave, and the texts with too many miles between them. It was hard for Kagami and it was probably even harder for Kasamatsu. He had to deal with completely new surroundings, new people, new ways of living, and their long distance relationship on top of that. Kagami was still living in his everyday routine in Tokyo.

anyway, you see, a couple of days ago I was feeling a bit masochistic and I got a craving for some unrequited kikasa on senpai’s part for this I partly blame you and Vinny for making Kise suffer in your stories!! so I went on the pixiv novel section hunting for something to read. There I found one of the cutest pixiv novel I’ve ever had the pleasure to read (which also happens to be a multi-part so now I’m eagerly waiting for the next “chapter” to be posted!!).

The story is actually a kaga/fem!kasa one that starts out with senpai having feelings for Kise (who is in love with fem!Kuroko but, Oh the drama! as we later find out, not really) and meeting Kagami in Tokyo on a rainy day. So there’s Kagami being a gentleman and inviting her over to his house, lending her a t-shirt, cooking for her and then walking her to the station so she can go back home.

And it’s just great the way it’s written because you have Kagami completely failing at keigo and senpai constantly correcting him or him not understanding senpai when she uses some difficult words so she has to explain them to him. And then there’s Kagami making comparisons with life in America and showing how much impact growing up with Alex has had on him. That’s mostly what the first part is about, then in the next ones they meet again a couple of other times and things slowly progress from then.

I guess what really drew me in was the great way it was written! The way the author keeps them in character, like for example, Kagami may be our angel and a gentleman but he’s still the same guy who made Momoi cry with one of his comments and the author is faithful to that aspect! She still makes him very blunt when it comes to say what’s on his mind and so on… Also, the interactions with all the other characters are simply to die for! She makes them interact with half of the cast and still manages to keep everyone on character. So yeah, I guess what really did it for me was the ability the author showed in making it look possible! She was able to present a relationship between those two in a way that didn’t feel forced at all and that’s just great on so many level.

After I read that story I just started looking for more and idk, the way most authors write it it’s just so cute!!I picture senpai transferring to Tokyo to attend Uni and oh the cliché ending up living near Kagami’s appartament so they’d run into each other at the basket court or while doing groceries and can you imagine how cute it would be if senpai helped him study!!?! Also, headcanon says senpai likes a lot of American music so they could bond over that too? and I don’t know Lola I’m not good at coming up with scenarios but I consider them both angels and maybe I ship them more as a broship but i wouldn’t mind having visual representations of them having sex cause that would be hot! and, as your horoscope set made me realize, they’re both leos so I’m gonna pretend that counts for something too!
