I’m sorry but your alt route posts are so fake 😭… you know you can just write evil siffrin fanfic instead of making up a creepypasta right… none of what you are talking about is anywhere in the code or the files. why would there be a whole time loop subplot for Siffrin who already gets the postgame country arc when the whole game is about Mirabelle and the way she brings about positive change. Like at least make up a plot that serves the game’s themes 😭😭
NOOO I PROMISEE I PROMIISEE all i did was do a skip for mirabelle getting the shield its there. other people have to have seen this. its not a creepypasta pweeaasee. im playing on the original old version of the game before it got released on PC with the ending update so.
OKAY i was gonna give a simple response but theres several factors here.
1: My favourite area we took creative liberties for is the ruins for the lore/aesthetics compared to the main game. I've never really talked about this, but we went with the idea that there was a lot of traps and lookout points in the ruins cause they were so scared of the humans. And after fleeing through to the end of the cavern when being banished and finding ANOTHER way into the mountain other than the barrier, they built traps and watch points. Hence why there's much less later on after the start of the ruins.
And also just the sheer expansiveness compared to what we see in game, it really makes the ruins feel like a lived in (or once lived in) location!
However, my favourite area in terms of sheer creativity with the PALETTE and execution compared to the main game is the echo flower marsh. It's such a complicated place to build cause its a mostly dark palette in game and the water GLOWS. So despite us basically flipping the palette so the grass is the glowing blue part, it maintains the original essense.
And the size of the cavern looks rlly cool, and i really like how it connects to the memory statue room :))
