was wondering if you had any experience with boglioli Dover Fit? I know the k jackets run a little slim but not terribly short. but maybe you can help.
I haven’t had any experience with K Jacket unfortunately, so a comparative analysis there is unlikely. Mainline Boglioli however is 100 % true to size, cut for a more comfortable regular fit.
As is customary for Boglioli (and many of their competitors) their Dover jackets are unconstructed - their fall/winter jackets being partially lined, and their summer offering completely unlined - so the fit errs on the more casual side rather than that of a traditional suit.
Nonetheless, the Dover is a great flagship model for Boglioli which you’ll get huge use out of. The patch pockets and two button stance give it versatility, while the proprietary fabrics the brand uses are very luxe. A must cop, in my opinion.
