Please help my family. The Phoenix police murdered my uncle. There was no domestic violence. They were being loud playing video games and listening to music. This was a noise disturbance. His neighbor just said it was a domestic dispute to get the cops there faster so he can get some sleep. My uncle came to the door with a gun because he’s had incidents of people banging on his door in the middle of the night before and he answers the door protected. He didn’t know who was on the other side of that door when he heard banging that night. He came out with the gun at his side, no intent on using it. When he saw it was police he immediately started to go down, what the footage doesn’t show is he put the gun on the ground when an officer shot him twice in the back. THIS ALL HAPPENED IN 3 seconds!
