As for Team Scarlet? Tobias has Blaze, but there's not really a visual signifier for when it's "active," aside from his fire burning a bit hotter. Nia has Steadfast, which means she gets a smidge quicker after flinching in battle. Samir has Sap Sipper, so getting hit by a grass type move wouldn't hurt them and would instead boost their attack, and while Junie isn't officially a member of the team, she has Keen Eye! Which means her accuracy can't be lowered by other Pokemon and she has particularly sharp vision, even in weather with poor visibility.
