2nd week
Well, I just want to do a little log as I'm kind of busy and I don't think I'll have time to do it... And if I'm not doing it now I'll start forgetting things!!
Well, on Monday I went with my boyfriend to do to kind of ramble in a park near my flat. We thought that it was going to be something little... And it was like a forest with even an old castle in the middle. So it was more than awesome. It took us something like 15 minutes to arrive there and we wandered around for half an hour. And then we take some rest in a bench and eat some snaaaacks (and, when I say snacks, I mean chocolate snacks hahaha). Then it began to rain and we went to my flat.
On Tuesday I stayed at home the whole day. The idea was to go running with my boyfriend when he came from his classes but... He was tired and had to come back to our city, so we didn't. But when he left, I put my trainers and went near that awesome park. It was already dark so I decided to don't get in and I went running down the "posh" part of the city (and you won't believe how many police cars I found in those streets...). And I arrived in front of the USA's embassy, which was completely weird because I had no fucking idea that it was there. Well, know I know. And there I discovered that a lot of people go running that street... So I joined them!! And I found like a little hamlet (which I have no idea WHY is there, because we are supposed to be in the "posh" part of the city but it's ok, it was nice. I allow them to have a hamlet in the middle of the neighbourhood :D) but it was late, I was tired and I didn't investigate about it (but I'll do soon!). To sum up, it was nearly a really interesting 1 hour of running/wandering around the city,
And today (Wednesday) the day has been completely awful and, when I finally decided that it wasn't raining and that I could go to run a little bit... The wind was freezing. So I only spend walking like 20 or 25 minutes. And I killed my poor earphones :(
But, the most awesome part, is that I really want to go to do some sport. And it's a thing that I've neved needed before and I only did in the school because it was my obligation or because I was paying a gym to force me to go there (even if once there I really enjoyed it! But now it's free and I'm still doing it, which I think is better).
I'm really happy :D
2nd day
I've just finished today's workout and I'm really happy. Even more than yesterday. Because today I went all alone (as my boyfriend is in class). I was talking with a friend who works near my flat (something like 15~20 minutes) so I decided to go to visit her running.
I had a bit of trouble at the beginning because yesterday I hurt my leg doing a jumps with my boyfriend, and I suppose that the muscle wasn't really ok to start running. So I just run for 10 minutes, and I did 10 minutes walking.
After visiting her, I came to my flat, also walking. I don't want my leg to be bad for the rest of the week, so I took it easy.
And when I arrived I continued doing some things.
Here's the "summary" of what I did:
10 minuts run.
30 minutes walking.
Biceps & Triceps (30 of each one, for each arm).
30 abs.

1st day
So, as I've been thinking for a long time, I decided to start, again, doing exercise. But, instead of paying a gym and ruining myself to do it, I decided to do it as a routine and in a "free" way. This semester I've got plenty of free time, so I think it's not going to be that hard. My plan is really easy, and it's like to do alternate runs and different workouts from monday to friday, and then rest the weekend (basically, because I've got bussy weekends). I've also decided not to look at my weight. I don't think this is something I need to do related to weight. It's related to health. However, I want to be fit (a little bit more fit!) so I took pictures of myself (back, front and side) and I'll try to do it time to time in order to see if there's some change.
I've also trying to eat as clean as I can, but as I normally try to do it, I don't think it really "counts".
And I'll post it in tumblr time to time, so you'll be able to see my progress :)
I'm also really happy because I bought new sports underwear and awesome new trainers. The first day included:
15 minutes run.
45 minutes walking "fast".
And I did a jumping competiting with my boyfriend that nearly costed me my leg.
